I had dinner yesterday at the Boosthaus Restaurant, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and efficient without being intrusive. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the staff made sure we were comfortable and well cared for throughout the meal. As for the food, it was absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, showcasing the chef’s creativity and attention to quality. The ingredients were fresh, and the menu offered a delightful variety that catered to all tastes. Visit Maa' Deyo in one of the oldest inns in St. Pauli for an exceptional dinner. The menu includes a wide selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes as well as fish and meat dishes. The classic Peruvian ceviche (raw fish marinated with vegetables, herbs and lime juice) is just as absent as the traditional South American crudo (beef tartare). The dishes thrive on their colorfulness, different flavors and textures. Apparent opposites - such as sweet/sour, mild/spicy - come together on the plates to form a harmonious whole. A Hidden Gem in Hamburg – We had the pleasure of dining at Maadeyo with our family, and it was an unforgettable experience! The atmosphere is a perfect balance between elegance and coziness, with warm, beautiful lighting and authentic wooden tables that make you feel right at home.The food was simply extraordinary—unique dishes blending flavors from various cuisines in ways we’ve never tasted before. Our family has a mix of dietary preferences (vegetarians and meat lovers) and everyone found something delicious to enjoy, which made it such an stress-free and delightful experience for us. We (the grownups) ended the evening with a perfectly crafted Pisco Sour, one of the best we've had! We’ll be back for sure.

The experience started on a slightly awkward note with the front-of-house staff. Both ladies were not very welcoming, and perhaps due to a language barrier, one of them assumed I didn’t have a reservation without even checking. That said once seated I had the best waiter I could ask for! the food was absolutely outstanding. The tartare and fillet were exceptional, and the wine selection was impressive. The sommelier and the waiter truly elevated the experience. The sommelier was friendly and highly knowledgeable, while the waiter was clearly passionate about his work and delivered impeccable service. Their professionalism more than made up for the initial hiccup with the reception staff. Overall Food AMAZING, service AMAZING. I will go back when I am next in Hamburg. Thank you

Nennen wir es unser Mutterschiff, denn immerhin ist das AHOI Hamburg das erste aller AHOIs. Nur ein paar Schritte entfernt vom Hamburger HBF sorgen wir für ein bisschen hanseatischen Flair. Entweder gibts Fish’n’Chips, leckere Burger oder Klassiker wie Schnitzel oder Currywurst. Wir haben für jeden was dabei, versprochen.
