As always, everything was great! We did have a wait a bit longer than usual past our reservation time but not too bad. Food and drinks were very good. Server was kind and helpful. Food and drinks were delivered in good timing. (Lately we’ve been to other restaurants who haven’t delivered in a timely manner!

This was our 2nd visit. The food is very delicious and outstanding. They have a great food presentation. Our waiter, Demetrius was outstanding. The entire experience is amazing. This is a great place to take people that you want to show them how much you appreciate them!

The Standard at The Smith House may very well be the best example of local Nashville flavor and service. The Standard Restaurant has been in operation since 2006 serving upscale Southern specialties complete with a full-service bar. Our townhouse was built in the 1840's and we are honored to be the current stewards of this fascinating work of architecture. We are located in the heart of Downtown Nashville, just blocks from the new Music City Convention Center and the famous Lower Broadway entertainment district. We are proud to offer some of the best steaks in town as well as fresh seafood and other items.

Our beautiful courtyard bar area is available with a dinner reservation for drinks before or after dinner.

The food was outstanding! The filet felt like it could just melt in my mouth! The ambience was cozy and beautiful, and the staff were some of the friendliest I’d ever met! I would definitely recommend the Standard to anyone!

Brought my mom in for a Christmas celebration. The service from Jeremy and the entire staff was excellent. Our 12 oz filets were cooked to perfection, per the recommendation of our waiter. The truffle lobster Mac and cheese was sensational. Joe Hand, the live entertainment was incredible. All in all, we couldn’t recommend it more.

Dinner @ Bob’s was outstanding! The lobster appetizer was delicious; salad and sides all were great. The seabass and salmon were perfectly cooked and excellent! Service was beyond great!
