Head Chef Luke Richardson best describes his style of cooking as 'Parisian ex-pat food' - a nod to his time spent cooking in the cosmopolitan kitchens of Paris.

As the name 'Climat' might suggest, our cellar of more than 400 different wines has a slight lean toward our favourite region of all - Burgundy. My third visit to Climat and each visit has been fabulous. Beautifully prepared food that looks amazing but more importantly tastes phenomenal. I could eat the beetroot tart and oat and treacle sourdough every day. The atmosphere feels special, the view is breathtaking and the service is attentive and friendly. A special mention to our lovely waiter Joe.
