The gourmet restaurant has been awarded several prizes for its excellent cuisine and first-class service. Chef Joschua Tepner prepares unique taste experiences. His menu pays homage to both tradition and innovation. The Hanse Stube team provides excellent service and pampers its guests; head waiter Franz-Georg van Hall personally carves at the guests’ table and sommelier Robert Demers finds a wine to pair with any style of food. The interior of the Hanse Stube is characterized by timeless elegance with cozy sofa corners, filigree wooden chairs and various contemporary and historical paintings on the wood-paneled walls. The two side rooms, "Mirror Salon" and "Fish Salon", can be booked exclusively for small banquets.

There was no one at the host stand to greet and seat me for almost 20 minutes. Had to go to the bar and ask the bartender to get someone. After that initial issue, the food and service were lovely

Absolutely outstanding friendly staff. The owner gave me what I considered the best table with a view of the restaurant. As I mentioned it was my birthday. A most wonderful gesture. The food and wine recommendations were superb accompanied by a wonderful romantic setting. Amabiele has now become my favourite. Thank you so much to a wonderful staff!!❤️

It does not do complete justice to call Wackes a hidden gem, as it already exists at the same location for more than 30 years. I come here ever since, when I am in Cologne. Authentic Alsatian food at ist best, never been disappointed. I was a bit concerned as it was the first time i visited after the founder handed the restaurant to its new owners, but for no reason! Food quality and service are top notch! Thank you for the wonderful evening.

Am 1. November 2022 öffnete das Augustin Restaurant nach knapp 4 Monaten Renovierung seine Türen.

Das Restaurant befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschützten Kolpinghaus von 1905, dem Classik Hotel Antonius, etwa 10 Minuten fußläufig vom Kölner Dom entfernt.
In dem einzigartigen Gastraum mit fast 5 Meterhohen Decken und 70 Sitzplätzen sitzen Sie unter einem „Lampen Garten“ mit Blick auf den idyllischen Innenhof.

Unsere „fokkussierte Viktualienküche“ mit Elementen der deutschen, klassisch französischen und mediterranen Küche konzentriert sich auf frische & qualitative Lebensmittel die handwerklich Perfekt Zubereitet werden. Eine Gutbürgerliche Küche mit klassischen & modernen Gerichten, weder banal noch abgehoben, sondern lecker & auf den Punkt.
