This was the very best service and food. Our server was attentive. The chicken fajitas were superb as was the shrimp tacos. Thr best is the two for one margaritas.

Our server needed to be reminded several times to take our drink order and bring it, forgot to bring me the salad and then had to be reminded several times to refill it. The inattentiveness is unusual for this restaurant and surprising as it was frustrating.

We greatly enjoyed our 2nd dining experience at Iberico again! The food was tasty and the table service by Cesar and his assistant was outstanding! I must say that the entire waiting staff @ Iberico really make it the superior dining destination it is. They food assortment.ent is broad and tastefully prepared but the service team is exceptional! Its owners Masayuki Niikura and Ángel Carbajal, originally from Japan and Mexico respectively, opened the first Nicksan restaurant in Los Cabos in 1994, creating amazing congruencies between the flavors of both countries.

Energy and service is great. Seems like a great place for group dinner. My prime filet mignon was seared a bit aggressively on the grill and served on a sizzling stone allowing me the interaction of bringing it from rare to medium rare as I ordered it but this cooking method does tend to dry the outside of the delicate filet a bit. My truffle fries on the side were underwhelming, but I did enjoy the complimentary chips and dip a lot. My cheesecake was dry and bland but they very graciously made sure to replace it with a delicious tiramisu upon seeing that I did not like it. Overall I would recommend as a lively, fun steakhouse with great food, attentive service and panache.
