We were weak greeted and welcomed as soon as we entered! Seated then greeted by Sean & Kyle. Wonderful, friendly, attentive service! Our steaks, the Bass, all the side dishes were great! The ambience would have been heightened with more Holiday cheerful colored decor and Christmas music!

Everything we ordered was 5*. Filet with shrimp, caesar salad, wedge salad, seared ahi, grilled broccoli + cocktails and wine. Mahalo to BLAINE our terrific server. His efficient and kind service made our evening the best it could be. Mahalo! Kiyo

We came in for a Thursdate and had a great time Brandi served us well MaiTai good Oysters and Prawns were excellent Lehua had a perfect piece of Salmon New York was cooked perfectly but a bit salt forward… Broccolini good Mushrooms a bit salt forward… C Creme Brule good Mahalo and Happy Holidays

I’m admittedly, somewhat of a steak snob and I’m very hard to please. The steak at Stripsteak however was wonderful - perfectly seasoned and cooked, and the beef quality was incredible. The A5 wagyu was a little rich for me personally, but the Washugyu Ribeye was perfection. We also loved the ahi crudo roll appetizers- a must get. The hamachi and ahi tacos were also pretty good. Service was very good and professional. However, one comment I would make is that I ordered an expensive glass of Opus One to accompany dinner and they should have brought the bottle to the table and poured it in front of me. However, that was not rhetorical case. For high-end wine and alcohol, it should be presented in the bottle.
