Food is delicious but service was not up to par. Our server was very busy, with perhaps too many tables, and brought out drinks late and food was cold when brought to table. Usually I have a great experience, but this time it wasn’t.

Food is great but service could be better. The only complaint is please wait to bring hot/warm main course before the customer finishes appetisers or salads. Or it is always better to ask the client when he or she wants plates to be served

We loved going here. So old school. Pierrot is historic in Guadalajara. What I love is the small space that makes you feel like your really part of old Guadalajara

Chef Tomas Bermudez keeps a keen eye on all that enters the kitchen, sourcing the highest quality seafood mostly from the Pacific Coast of Mexico and supporting local small scale producers for vegetables and meat.

Great wine list with many natural options in it.
The seasonal cocktail list is worth a try.

When reserving it is not possible to guarantee a specific table or location in the restaurant, although we always try to do our best. We have 10 minutes tolerance for reservation times, after that it is a no show. We only assign tables to complete parties, in case not everybody is present we assign a smaller table. There is a penalty of $250 pesos for no shows or incomplete groups.

Great food and wine pairing. Fresh oysters and raw bar and an amazing grill combined with excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere with a mellow music vibe. Coming back soon for sure!
