Pímu es un tributo a la Cocina Mexicana con la que crecimos y nos recuerda ese regreso a casa. El Chef Luis Antonio Miranda toma como base recetas tradicionales y mediante la experimentación de ingredientes endémicos y de temporada crea nuevos olores y sabores que nos conducen por un viaje desde el Norte hasta el Sur de nuestro País.

El espacio es un Oasis de Calma en el corazón de la Colonia Americana dedicado únicamente a 26 comensales que disfrutan bajo una palma que nos guarda bajo su sombra y nos otorga el placer de detener el tiempo y fluir a través de los sabores, los olores, las historias, la vida.

Usually the food is great, this last time the beef carpaccio we ordered was flavorless, I had originally sent it away, the waiter then asked why, I explained. He offered to bring out another one, when he spoke with the chef they realized it hadn’t been prepared with the vinaigrette. Second time around it was correct.

Menu that changes seasonally, grilled dishes, classic cocktails and a very good selection of agave distillates make for a delicious and very fun experience. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays there is live music.
