Server was amazing- quick and attentive. Food came out at a good pace. All the food tasted amazing, potion sizes have definitely changed since last visiting more sharing size than family style I would say now. All in all great experience and good food. Would return again.

Server on 12/19 was simply the best - upbeat, attentive and quick! All the staff are pleasant and accomdating. Usually have the legendary burger but tried Messi burger and did not disappoint - Highly recommend if burgers are what you come for. I have NEVER been dissapointed in their burgers. I visit monthly and will always eat at this cafe! If you visit Hard Rock in AC - please stop by and enjoy!

Once again, a delightful scrumptious dinner! Can't wait to visit again and try something new. Will ways order pineapple shrimp appetizer to start. This time, had coconut salmon, rice, and peas. Sugar Factory has joined the collective of suburb brands at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ!

Accessible from the boardwalk and inside of the casino, Sugar Factory’s 1,500-square-foot confectionary will feature the signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall with more than 500 types of candy including a selection of novelty and bulk candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Completing the confectionary, the café will offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.
Sugar Factory’s menu features signature items such as savory crepes, salads, monster burgers, insane milkshakes and specialty pizzas. The legendary desserts will top the menu with the famous King Kong Sundae, serving up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream topped with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce and giant swirly pops, to name a few.

Took my daughter for her 16th birthday. It actually was My daughter and myself first time going here and i never do reviews but it was an memorable experience. 10 out of 10 on the food and service and my waitress was fantastic I wish I remembered her name she was Latina and I think her name started with an A but she took care of me and my daughter wonderful job makes me love my waitressing job because you really make memories with the customers you know but yes she’s such a doll , and the environment 10out of 10 was amazing, great for celebrations or just want to feel like a happy energy go here.
