The food and service was very good. Sangria was a little flat tasting but other than that we all had a great meal! It was our first visit and we will return. I would recommend checking this restaurant out if you haven’t been.

The staff and service was fabulous! We had a delicious meal and will be back. Favorites included the sashimi, shishito peppers, broccolini and lamb skewers. One of my favs in Louisville!

Inspired by the opulent flavors of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, our dishes are comprised of fresh ingredients sourced from over 25 different local purveyors including Field Day Farm, Freedom Run Farm, 3D Valley Farm, Frondosa Farms, and Barr Farms.
The menu includes made in house pastas, breads paired alongside land and sea paella dishes, vegetarian and omnivore centric entrees, and sharable sides.
Innovative yet simple signature dishes include:
Spicy Greens & Charred Beans Salad with crispy caper and onion vinaigrette;
Harissa Cauliflower Steak with smoked olive, toasted sunflower, coriander gremolata and torn herbs;

Excellent spot for a date night. We truly enjoyed our meal and service was great. The food was delicious and fresh. We loved the open kitchen layout and the music for the evening was delightful.

Also, hiko-A-mon has a noticeable wine list as well as a sake and shochu list. This is because Chef Hiko has a passion for wine. You can enjoy nice Japanese dishes with nice wine, sake and shochu. hiko-A-mon’s environment is well-suited to singles, couples and families. The sushi bar seats up to twelve guests, there are three special booths that seats six guests each, and there are bench-sheet tables up to sixteen guests. Our first time at this restaurant & I have to say: “Amazing unlimited soup & salad! Very delicious! My favorites were the clam chowder & broccoli cheddar soup. And for the salad: the mozzarella & tomato!” The mini pizookie was great, for a nice finishing touch. Great Value! We will be back!

Menu with a variety of items. This was in the midst of a snowstorm so a few items were understandably not available. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. The food was tasty.
