Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience. Enjoy private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views and a 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accommodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to the pork & lamb to the grains. We offer 7 intimate private tables per evening. Reservations are required & limited. $145/per person++

Reservations are released weekly on Mondays for the following 3 weeks. We are generally open Wednesdays - Sundays. We do allow pre-booking for parties of 6+. Everything was great from the moment we walked into the restaurant. We were seated quickly and everyone was very attentive from the beginning. Food was excellent and came out in a timely fashion. We never felt rushed or hurried. Overall wonderful experience!

Our first time at the Cork and it was lovely. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. With so many Boulder restaurants veering towards pretentiousness it’s so nice to go to a great restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. Gretchen was a delightful server.

Owner Greg Carelli with help from his father Gene wanted to offer guests authentic Italian cuisine in a contemporary setting that features a large open flame fireplace, mosaic tiles, natural Birch woods, and warm lighting. An appetizer of fresh mozzarella and Beefsteak tomato caprese, lightly breaded calamari or lamb artichoke meatballs will please the palate at Carelli's. We've been eating at Carelli's for over 7 years. We love their food, decor, ambience and great service. Great menu of Italian favorites. I especially love their eggplant parmigiana. Great caprese salad. Great carpaccio. Garlic bread with each meal. And for dessert, you can't beat their cannoli!

Gemini was absolutely delicious. Some great GF options. Everything was very flavorful. We had 4 tapas, 4 entrees, and some fabulous seasonal cocktails. It was a very fun ambiance and I would definitely recommend!

The restaurant was founded in 2023 by owner Stella Spanu, a Boulder local. Honoring her Italian heritage and embracing her passion for food and hospitality, Spanu’s philosophy is to have a dining experience that stimulates all senses by incorporating visual art, design, music, premier service, comfortable seating and fresh, authentic Italian cuisine. The space, an Art Deco inspiration, was conceptualized and built by architect Miguel Quismondo.
