This is my second time eating here. I live the variety of the menu, the environment of the place, and the friendliness of the staff. The noise level does make it a little hard to carry on a conversation but I love the enough the place. The facto you can buy treats or meals out of freezers to go as well is huge bonus.

Our server was so helpful. We have been here before, had questions about the menu and she answered them right away. My wife asked if we could split the salad and our server split the salad into 2 bowls for us without us asking. Pork chops were the bomb, my wife had the short ribs and the kids had cheese burgers off the kids menu. My kids love calamari and claim this the best that they’ve had and they look forward to eating here for the calamari and the killer chocolate milk.

The Golden Bee originally came to The Broadmoor in 1961 as a collection of panels and fixtures from a 19th century English pub. Since its opening, it has continued to offer enticing Gastro Pub fare with plenty of English charm. Part of the Broadmoor, you can count on rather pricey food so that is a given. But the food was REALLY good. We ate lunch here on a cold day in November. I recommend the BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp small plate which I had as my entree, my husbands Vidalia onion rings were outstanding and there was more than enough for the 3 of us. My son loved his boar nachos. Great service, lovely location.
