First time to experience this gem, and we almost had to cancel ... so glad we didn't. We arrived before sunset and were seated close to the window and were able to watch the moon travel from over the rock formations. Absolutely gorgeous. Oh yes, the food. Thomas was our server and was exceptional. My husband had the tenderloin (a filet, really) and I ordered the halibut (the searing was a bit on the crispy side, but the inside was delicious) Both were very good. The attention to detail, the service, ambiance... we shall return next time we are in Sedona.

Open 7 days a week, the Hudson is a refreshing new restaurant. The restaurant is set in a comfortable and luxurious space. It is designed keeping in mind the comfort of the diners. The environment is cool and the dining-rooms are well lit. The high vaulted ceilings and massive windows create a lux environment to richly compliment our stunning views of Sedona's world-famous Red Rocks.
Despite not being overly innovative, classic dishes are given a new spin using seasonal ingredients. Some of the leading dishes on the Hudson menu include our Prime Ribeye, Hudson Mushroom Burger, crispy Calamari.
We strongly encourage reservations, but also accept walk-ins. For parties of 9 or more, please email info@thehudsonsedona.com

We had an excellent meal and experience. The ambiance was quiet and great for conversation and service was excellent. We really enjoyed the Ceviche Mixto Verde - very unique and fresh, the Posole was rich with plenty of pork and hominy and the mole enchiladas were also excellent. We would recommend it for an upscale Mexican occasion!

Our menu features numerous classics such as Eggs Benedict & Huevos Ranchers for breakfast, Carolina Pulled Pork Barbecue, Shrimp & Grits and Salmon Asada are some lunch-time favorites as well as Fish & Chips, St. Louis style Pork Ribs, hand-cut Steak & fresh Seafood for dinner. We feature vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free choices and offer a Doggie Menu for our furry friends which are welcome on our enclosed patio. We have a full bar and feature some amazing signature cocktails, local beers on tap and a fabulous selection of wines from around the world, all surrounded by the beautiful red rock of Sedona. There is an outdoor fire pit where you can enjoy the breathtaking views and a cocktail or do some amazing star gazing after dinner. Reservation Encouraged for all meal periods.

Mesa Grill was recommended to my husband and I during our trip to Sedona. We got to enjoy the sunset and then proceeded to the restaurant for our anniversary dinner. Food portions were huge so we left with full bellies & hearts! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Sedona!

It began in April of 2019, the idea was to create a restaurant and provide an experience that locals and tourists alike would not be able to get anywhere else in the world. We already knew we had a view that was unparalleled, the thought was to create a restaurant that was on par with the view.

Entering the restaurant to your left is an open kitchen that will allow you to interact with our Chef's and see how your food is being made. Inside the dining room we built half-moon booths, banquets and tables that allow the customers to see all aspects of the restaurant in motion. Next up is a bar that is built directly against the windows to the patio, all 22 seats will enjoy an incredible view and feel like they are part of the action inside and outside of the restaurant. Once outside customers will enjoy a 1,000 SF patio that not only overlooks some of the best red rock formations in the world, but also puts customers right in the heart of Uptown Sedona.
