Built in 1899 and located in the center of town is the Clinkscale building. The lower level houses our Lobby Bar and Restaurant serving Craft Cocktails and Modern American Cuisine. Open for service without reservation for breakfast, brunch, & lunch, with reservations recommended for dinner. Upstairs you will find our boutique hotel with 6 Exquisite Guest Rooms and a Penthouse each with luxury amenities individually decorated which just add to this building’s already Historic charm. Open 7 days a week, the Hudson is a refreshing new restaurant. The restaurant is set in a comfortable and luxurious space. It is designed keeping in mind the comfort of the diners. The environment is cool and the dining-rooms are well lit. The high vaulted ceilings and massive windows create a lux environment to richly compliment our stunning views of Sedona's world-famous Red Rocks.
Despite not being overly innovative, classic dishes are given a new spin using seasonal ingredients. Some of the leading dishes on the Hudson menu include our Prime Ribeye, Hudson Mushroom Burger, crispy Calamari.
We strongly encourage reservations, but also accept walk-ins. For parties of 9 or more, please email info@thehudsonsedona.com

About the restaurant

It began in April of 2019, the idea was to create a restaurant and provide an experience that locals and tourists alike would not be able to get anywhere else in the world. We already knew we had a view that was unparalleled, the thought was to create a restaurant that was on par with the view.

Entering the restaurant to your left is an open kitchen that will allow you to interact with our Chef's and see how your food is being made. Inside the dining room we built half-moon booths, banquets and tables that allow the customers to see all aspects of the restaurant in motion. Next up is a bar that is built directly against the windows to the patio, all 22 seats will enjoy an incredible view and feel like they are part of the action inside and outside of the restaurant. Once outside customers will enjoy a 1,000 SF patio that not only overlooks some of the best red rock formations in the world, but also puts customers right in the heart of Uptown Sedona.

We were able to get reservations easily. Our table was outside and the view was stupendous. Our server Daniel was very attentive and was a big help. We ordered the nachos which were wonderful and a salad. The nachos were so big we didn't have room for the salad. He held off on submitting the salad order so we didn't get stuck with it as we were leaving Sedona the next morning! That was much appreciated!

Pan-Asian American kitchen in the heart of downtown Flagstaff, Arizona--owned & operated by Hotel Monte Vista. Our menu includes fresh cuts of Sushi & Sashimi, Noodle Bowls, house-made Gyozas & Eggrolls as well as other asian favorites.

Our bars (we have two of them) have an excellent selection of Japanese Whiskies, Sake as well as a delightful Craft Cocktail & Wine list.

We are located inside Flagstaff's third post office, aka the OPO, originally built in 1917 and just north of Hotel Monte Vista. In addition to the beautiful Art Deco architecture of the building, our upstairs dining room has spectacular views of N. San Francisco Street--perfect scenery for a delicious meal while dining in downtown Flagstaff.

I had a reservation at 6:00. Despite the crowd, I was seated immediately. The food quality, professional service, cost, and ambiance were terrific. I had the fajita chimichanga and the Javelina margarita. The chimichanga was crispy and the crème friache was a nice compliment. Two thumbs way up.

Picked Spoke and wheel because I was able to get a last minute reservation. It was amazing. My husband had their pulled pork pizza which was perfectly done. I had pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries (very crispy) enjoyed it thoroughly.
