PLEASE NOTE: Our Omakase experience is centered around a curation of the freshest fish and seafood. As such, we are unable to accommodate shellfish allergies, gluten-free nor vegan/vegetarian diets.

SHINBAY is Arizona's first and only Omakase restaurant. This exotic, multi-course dining experience ignites all the senses and inspires guests to explore uncharted flavors. Dinner is $250 per person, not including beverages and tax. Please allow approximately two hours for the dining experience. Dress code is casual and comfortable. We offer two seatings each evening, at 5:45 pm and 8:00 pm. Due to limited seating capacity, we require a credit card number to guarantee reservations. Cancellation fees apply, see policy within credit card details. Increases in party size not guaranteed.

Incredible experience, tons of amazing and rare foods. Chefs tell you all about what you are eating, where it is from, and the food is incredible. Small intimate feel with music makes the atmosphere shine. You are able to watch the chefs prepare the food, and see how much effort and pride they take in preparing the best sushi you could ever have. Expensive, but a treat if you’re able to go.

Absolutely incredible service (we sat at the bar to order ala carte). we were treated so well, the food was to die for, atmosphere was lovely. This is a PERFECT Special Occasion place to go. Best meal we'd had in a very long time. The food and drinks are quite pricey, but it was a wonderful experience

This was our first visit to Voila and it was memorable. The servers were very warm and friendly. The ambiance was perfect for a smallish French Bistro. We started with escargot and smoked salmon. The escargot was very tasty and the salmon was to die for. Both of our entree's....the sole and trout were very nice cuts of fish and prepared perfectly. The recommended bottle of red wine was right up our alley and excellent with food. We will be back.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. They still have the best food,service is phenomenal. Even if we are tucked in a corner they did not forget us! Still our favorite.
