Giardina's, one of the Mississippi Delta's most historic restaurants, was founded in 1936 by Joseph Giardina, in Greenwood, Mississippi. A unique blend of sophistication and warmth, Giardina's is the perfect setting for any event. Seating consists of fourteen private booths and the large dining room opens onto a beautiful courtyard. The restaurant's interior space and state-of-the-art kitchen were designed by world-renowned architects. Considerable effort was made to retain the character and charm of the original Giardina's, but the white tablecloths and fine crystal add the feeling of elegance one would expect from a fine dining restaurant in a large metropolitan area. Giardina's bar, reminiscent of a bygone era, features the same dark wood and tile of the restaurant while offering today's premium liquors, wines and liqueurs. Featuring steaks, seafood and Italian cuisine, Giardina's atmosphere is old world elegant but dress is laid-back "Delta casual.”

Recently named the Best Fining Dining Restaurant in Mississippi by Mississippi Magazine and located in the Fairpark District, Park Heights offers Chef Thomas Lester's menu including seared hanger steak, yellowfin tuna tartar, heirloom tomato caprese, prosciutto wrapped monkfish and prime cuts of beef. The main dining room, with its reclaimed hardwood floors and retro lighting, provides an atmosphere that is sophisticated without feeling formal. Often sited as the best in town, the service is professional and gracious, and the wine list is extensive. If you enjoy dining al fresco, try the rooftop or patio which have amazing views of downtown.

Vicari is a beautiful Italian Grill located in Historic Downtown Corinth, Mississippi. The menu features traditional Italian favorites as well as signature salads, fresh fish, steak, lamb and veal. The facility is a completely restored building that was originally built in the late 1800\'s. The restoration kept all of the beautiful, exposed brick and complimented it with glorious marble and hardwood floors. Had dinner here with my son and daughter, and it was such a vibe! He got the Quesa-Birria and said it was next-level. The meat was super tender and crazy flavorful—had to be good because when I looked back, his plate was spotless. I went with the carnitas tacos and rice, and let me tell you, that special sauce on the tacos? Absolute fire. It took the whole dish to another level. The real star of the night, though, was the Reposado Tequila Espresso Martini. It didn’t have that overpowering espresso flavor some martinis do—just smooth, balanced, and so good. I’m already planning to bring my mom back next week. This spot is officially on my list!

Snackbar is, by far, the best restaurant in Oxford and is on our list of the best places we’ve been in the last few years. Stellar service (especially Johnny—an Oxford treasure), amazing bar program, and extraordinary food. Can’t say enough about it.

Not a good and quiet date place, and the food was average to good. Good service made the experience better but not what we expected for the amount of the overall bill. The desserts were awesome, creme brulee cheesecake and the carrot cake. We'll give it one more try and hope for a better chef. Great location and curb appeal is over the top but neither made the food better.
