Here you can enjoy the Jocoque La Cosa Nostra, the Vitello Tonnato a classic of Italian cuisine and you can not miss the opportunity to try one of the pizzas the original recipes of Mr. Cancino, who emigrated in the forties from Italy to the Mexican Republic, do not forget to try the desserts of Cancino which are a delight, as a new red fruit crumble, adding a balanced wine list that meets the demands of the area without losing the fresh touch that characterizes us and end with a Mezcal Union the young or old mezcal.
The atmosphere of Cancino Polanquito, is distinguished by being warm, relaxed and charming where it is possible to enjoy lunches, family meals and nights of mezcal, pizzas cocktails with friends, the touch of freshness and warmth that the area needed.

The menu is focused on seasonality, and products are produced in a sustainable way by small-scale producers. At Sartoria, pasta is produced artisanally every day, respecting italian tradition and simultaneously embracing mexican produce.

Pizzas are excellent. They use fresh ingredients and pizza crust is sourdough. Their appetizers are also good. Baby corn and asparagus are delicious. Pastas good and the calzone with Nutella for dessert is always a hit. Recommend highly.
