Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. From the moment I stepped foot into Capital Grille, I was welcomed by a lovely hostess who greeted me by name and made me feel at home. My friend and I always ask to be seated at Rebecca's station. She is professional, knowledgeable about the specials, and makes us feel appreciated. The food is excellent as always that is why we dine at Capital Grille several times throughout the year. It is truly a treat and a gastronomic delight.

We are in the bar area so a bit louder than the dining room. It was still manageable. The food and service was outstanding as always. Their steaks, lobster, mac & cheese, brussels sprouts, and dessert was wonderful!

The restaurant was perfectly dressed for Christmas. Our party of 10 was meticulously cared for by Sheldon. His professional demeanor and attention to detail were superb. The meal was served simultaneously by 4 waitstaff. Each of our plates were set in front of us at the exact same time. It was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. The food was incredible. I personally ordered the surf and turf combo meal. The steak melted in your mouth and there’s a shrimp on top that could win a ‘world’s biggest’ competition. I cannot recommend Del Frisco enough!!

We had Lunch with Santa during our visit and it was wonderful! The service was amazing, the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Santa was great and we got to enjoy hot cocoa and cookies in addition to our lunch and make reindeer food. They made it a great experience for the adults and our kids loved it! My husband and I plan on going back there to have dinner for a date night.

Every course was well presented and cooked perfectly. Tuna Tutaki was excellent. Branzino and Sea bass were great. The Butter Cake was the bomb! Service was very friendly and attentive. Well done!!
