Each dish, inspired by traditional steak and seafood fare, showcases the fresh flavors of California’s farm produce and presents it with a playful sense of humor. Known for its warm, accommodating service, Cielo is a special dining experience with a casual touch. Cielo is nestled in California’s Cabazon Valley, 20 miles west of Palm Springs, and in between the spectacular San Gorgonio and San Jacinto mountain ranges. Located on the 27th floor of the Morongo Resort and Casino, Cielo is set aglow with stunning chandeliers. Cielo is quite literally a jewel at the top of the Morongo Resort and Casino.

I would absolutely recommend the Watermelon Lemon Drop, tastes like a Jolly Rancher!! The lobster bisque, petit filet mignon and cream cheese mash potatoes were sooo good!! The Chef, Manager and support staff were intermediately checking in and every moment I shared exquisite, amazing, delicious!

We had a nice dinner and the wine was great! But, I wish you had the sea bass still. That was the best thing on your menu. The other fish you replaced it with isn’t great. We also used to get the beautiful asparagus spears & now you chop them all up now & we won’t ever order them again. Why change things that work!

Richard and Patricia Riccio set the bar for outstanding Italian cuisine 40 years ago when they opened the original Riccio’s in uptown Palm Springs. Two of their sons, eager to carry on the family tradition, last spring unveiled Riccio’s Steak and Seafood with a new menu concept in a higher profile location downtown.
