Known for its warm, accommodating service, Cielo is a special dining experience with a casual touch. Cielo is nestled in California’s Cabazon Valley, 20 miles west of Palm Springs, and in between the spectacular San Gorgonio and San Jacinto mountain ranges. Located on the 27th floor of the Morongo Resort and Casino, Cielo is set aglow with stunning chandeliers. Cielo is quite literally a jewel at the top of the Morongo Resort and Casino.

For three decades the name Riccio has been synonymous with fine dining in the desert. Richard and Patricia Riccio set the bar for outstanding Italian cuisine 40 years ago when they opened the original Riccio’s in uptown Palm Springs. Two of their sons, eager to carry on the family tradition, last spring unveiled Riccio’s Steak and Seafood with a new menu concept in a higher profile location downtown. Service and personal attention have been the Riccio’s hallmark and they pledge to continue this tradition.
