The Sage Student Bistro operates as a customer-focused classroom providing our students an opportunity to refine their culinary, bakery, service and supervisory skills. In this setting, the element of time is as important as the food and service. Because it is a classroom, the Bistro is only open when classes are in session during each quarter. A standard menu is offered at lunch, and features student specials. Dinner service offers tasting menus and select student-crafted courses. Find us on Facebook for service dates, menus, and additional information.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations are available and recommended for both lunch and dinner. Walk-ins will be served as possible. Reservations for groups up to 6 persons are available through OpenTable.com or the widget below. Groups larger than 6 should contact us for reservations.
Attire at Sage: During lunch service casual attire is welcome. During dinner service, business casual to casual elegant is strongly encouraged.

I loved the variety of ethnic foods. Our waitress, Lily was fun and provided great service. Great value and unique dishes that were new to me. I absolutely must come to the evening meal. Thank you, Sage Bistro! Joanna & Larry Lindberg

I took my family to the Sage Bistro to celebrate the holidays. Everyone's food was fantastic! We all loved the experience as well as trying gourmet food we might not find at other area restraurants. I highly recommend Sage Bistro!

The three of us arrived and were seated. 5 minutes later two other large groups were seated. We had yet to be offered water. The two other groups were greeted and served water before we were. Service was slow throughout dinner. The others were also served their food before us. The food was unremarkable, (the trout and two beef entrees). It was not the dining experience worthy of a $300.00 tab. We’ve had one very enjoyable experience there and one enjoyable experience. It was their first opening night and they are an educational institution but you can’t charge for a fine dining experience and not give one.

My friend and I had a nice quiet lunch. We were able to have a delicious lunch and hold a nice conversation at a decent level.

Really enjoyable evening. This is a student run dining experience. We had great service from the check in desk to our server to the students in the kitchen making terrific food. We got all showcased menu items and they did not disappoint. Thank you for a great evening.
