El desayuno lo sirvieron 45 mins después que nos sentamos. Los platos fríos, y la fruta de entrada la sirvieron al final. Mal, servicio, muy lleno, y la comida mala.

Agradezco profundamente al equipo de Saks Polanco , por brindarme un espacio tan especial , y por hacer de esta visita , no solo una reunión exitosa, sino un momento para disfrutar y recordar , sin duda este rincón se ha convertido en una opción predilecta para combinar negocios y buena comida. Tenía la reservación a las 9:45 llegué 15 minutos antes y me registré, pero NO me dejaron pasar porque no estaba el 50% de los comensales, llegaron a las 9:45 y solo tenían mesa para 6 y al aceptar la mesa ya estaba ocupada. Me terminaron pasando a las 10:30

Me gustaba mucho este lugar pero esta vez decepcionó. El servicio super tardado. La comida mala, regresé mi plato de hecho. El café frio. El capitán de meseros malencarado. Christian si ofreció muy buen servicio.

La hostess de la entrega una actitud bastante sobrada y pretenciosa. Pedí mesa adentro porque tenía algo de gripe mi esposa y su actitud fue de si gustas esperar ahí afuera a que se desocupe una mesa y en fin de semana no hay políticas de asignación. Hay formas de decir las cosas y la manera que ella eligió de hacerlo bastante altanera y despota. Espero mejoren su cordialidad y trato.
