Sammy G’s Tuscan Grill is located in the heart of downtown Palm Springs and near some of the city’s most quaint shops and hotels.

Established in 2009, Sammy G’s has is open seasonally for Sammy's weekend Brunch and lunch with an innovative menu, blending traditional Italian with California cuisine. Take a break from shopping and dine al fresco for lunch on the newly renovated patio and soak up the gorgeous desert weather, or venture inside and be transported to Tuscany with the restaurant’s rustic charm.

Dinner becomes a casual yet elegant event, and traditional Italian favorites mixed with updated classics are on the menu. A semi-private room is available for family gatherings or business events.

On Thursday through Saturday nights, the Sammy G’s Lounge becomes an energetic yet intimate place to meet up with friends and dance the night away to live music and enjoy Sammy G’s signature cocktails.

    We spent over 2 hours for dinner. The food was ok except for stale bread. Biggest complaint was the cocktails. They use the smallest martini glasses in the valley. Had to order two drinks at $14 each to get the equivalent of one at other upscale restaurants. Very disappointing since we invited friends to join us since we have been fans of this restaurant for the last 10 years. Dinner for the 4 of us cost over $300!

    We went for a 4:00 p.m. dinner and it was fantastic. Excellent food excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere. And the waiter really made my wife's birthday special I appreciate that.

    Lunch menu is great! Something for every taste. Ate on the covered patio. Nice to have radiant heat though it was a little strong for the temperature.

    We are regular customers and dying here virtually every week when we’re here between November and May. Our usual server is DAYANA and she was away. We had a gentleman who had to be asked multiple times for things and when I put an order in for an appetizer( soup). I wondered why it took so long. The reason was simple the server never put in the order. Within 10 minutes of putting in the order in our food came. My wife orders the same thing she always does, which is chicken Parmesan. Apparently, they were a rush to make it through the deep fryer and it was rockhard. If the struggling with it for a few minutes, she finally sent it back and it was remade. The only problem is I was already done with my food , sans appetizer. When I got the bill, it wasn’t even so much as a courtesy or hay. Take the soup honeIt’s on me. He could’ve even waved the cork is charged but did nothing. I finally called the manager Carlos over and I found out that the server never even told him that there was a problem. That’s a big deal when a server makes a mistake and can up to it. The manager, Carlos was upset about it and told us he would do something about it but quite frankly, this very bad taste in my mouth. Things haven’t been the same since the old manager, Marylynn left. Will be back, but I don’t think I’ll have the same attitude until our regular server gets back.

    The restaurant is really nice and has a rustic feel. We had the lasagna and veal marsala, both really good! Our.server, Ryan was awesome! He was knowledgeable and made the overall experience great!
