We came in with high attainable expectations we had a 6pm seating and the restaurant was quiet with 2 other tables seated. The staff lacked the ability to provide engaging service after we were seated. It took 5-10 minutes for our table to receive water and another 10 minutes for the staff to ask us for our beverage orders, etc.. long story short the food was very good, the service out a bad taste in our mouths. I truly doubt I’d return or recommend it to others.

A truly excellent and first class experience. The staff are attentive without being over familiar, the wine list extensive and the food, from a short but perfectly balanced and well prepared menu, outstanding. We shall be back!

Had a lovely meal at Sartoria whilst visiting London, had breakfast there a few times, always lovely and wanted to try dinner, so pleased we did, food was delicious, service excellent will be returning!

Sartoria is one of the few restaurants in the West End which serves great food, has excellent waiting staff and where the tables are well spaced so that it is possible for a conversation is not overheard by diners immediately adjacent.
