Considered one of the most attractive restaurants in Bergen County, food is served at Savini in what was once a colonial home. What remains of the original only contributes to the aesthetics. Our initial table was in the bar area, but it was so loud we couldn't talk. We got up to leave, planning on returning another day, but the hostess insisted that she could work out another table for us. Despite being hugely busy, they sat us upstairs in a quieter dining room at a four top. We couldn't be happier with the responsiveness and extra care. The food is always great, and I highly recommend the delicious Endive Salad as an appetizer. The waitstaff, as always, were also superb.

The seafood salad and agnoletti appetizers were excellent. The scallops and special capelinni with seafood entrees were excellent. The special sole and pork chop parm entrees were very good. As to the pork chop, the other version with hot peppers is much better.

You really can't go wrong at Savini's. The wait staff is very attentive and pleasant. The food is always excellent although this time I wouldn't say that my shrimp scampi was excellent, just very good. Everyone else at the table enjoyed all courses!

Right from first entering establishment the staff of restaurant was friendly, respectful, checking us in. The service is top notch professional. Food all around my party was cooked perfectly. Staff stopped by table ensuring everything was good a couple of times throughout the meal. Deserts are just as impressive. I highly recommend anyone that likes great atmosphere, and staff that takes care of customers superbly to try this gem of a rare find.
