   We love Scott's! We were celebrating my man's 57th birthday and had a wonderful time. We went early for Happy Hour at the bar, and then got seated outside in the lovely weather. We even went home with a complimentary bottle of champagne from Scott's! So very thoughtful and over-the-top excellent touch. The food is always fantastic!

   We asked for a coveted seat on the patio by the river when we got there for our 45th wedding anniversary. They gave us a prime table looking right over the river. Well done. Exceptional and very friendly service and outstanding sea food. We have visited several times over the years. Never been disappointed.

   My birthday was in 3 days from last night. I did not tell the restaurant. They must have pulled my Open Table profile and ask if someone was celebrating a birthday. I told them my BD was in 3 days. So they gave us a free dessert, a free bottle of Champagne, and offered to comp our valet but we had self parked. What a very nice surprise! They were very accommodating. Our dinner was excellent and they made us whiskey sours with egg whites per our request! Thank you!

   We had the best server! I wish I knew her name. She was able to seat us at a table where the sun didn’t bother us, but we were still near the river walkway. She was attentive, had a fun sense of humor, and served us beautifully. She made my best friend’s 70th birthday so special. Also, the food was delicious and plentiful. We were brought extra bread, had water refilled quickly, and enjoyed every bite of our meals. The clam chowder was so delicious. (Glad my husband shared.) He loved his steak and eggs, we ladies loved our crab omelettes, and my friend’s husband really enjoyed his crab salad. Mimosas were just right and my husband really enjoyed his “beaver” beer. We all had a great time.

   Scotts has a wonderful selection of food whether brunch, lunch or dinner. Our party enjoyed both breakfast food and lunch. Their servers are always friendly and eager to serve. I highly recommend Scotts for casual dining or formal occasions.

   My meal opener was the Shrimp cocktail. The cocktail balanced the zest of the cocktail sauce with the freshness of the shrimp, an experience that pleasantly spoke to my taste buds. I enjoyed my visit to Scott's Seafood on the River because of the excellent service, the food presentation, and my delicious meal. I ate on the patio hoping to enjoy the beautiful sunny day and the view of the river, but the view of the river was obstructed, putting a small damp on my experience. But, overall, I fully recommend Scott's Seafood on the River for a pleasant stay and upscale meal.

   We enjoyed an excellent early lunch this morning. I had to start with a bowl of their crab bisque. I have loved it for years at their other locations. Today’s didn’t disappoint, though it was a bit on the too thick side. Nevertheless, the taste was point on deliciousness! For entrees, my wife enjoyed the fish and chips, though she substituted rice for the chips. I went with their bacon cheeseburger with fries. I was particularly impressed with the bun, brioche I believe. It was so soft and perfect for the sandwich. They have a quality selection of wines by the glass. Service was excellent, attentive, and friendly. Pleasant ambiance. Only drawback to note, when visiting and not a hotel guest , is that parking is entirely valet, $12, no validation. They should validate if you are patronizing their business.

    Celebrated my friend’s birthday and we had split both entrees (no charge) Chris and Raven were great servers. Food was delicious. Unfortunately at check in we waited. 3 other groups who check in after us were seated before us. They had the same dinner appointment 615p. Then when we had ask they said we had ask for a booth and no we didn’t we ask for inside seating. When they finally seated us there were plenty of tables available (booths and chairs) that’s all the issue I had.
