   Awful food, absolutely nothing Italian about this place. Everything is so overpriced and then they shove the bill at you expecting a big tip on top of a big service charge and stupidly I gave one!!! I advised on the booking that it was my son’s 18th birthday and they did NOTHING. It’s the 2nd time we have tried St Regis restaurants and both times would give a 0 if available and both times the worst experiences in Punta Mita. Had plans to go to the beach club for the day at $85 minimum per head(6 of us) we decided better at Four Seasons and not get ripped off. St Regis is just a rip off, end of !!!

   Don’t go if you aren’t staying at the St Regis!! We weren’t aloud in thru the main entrance, literally denied entrance. Even with a reservation, we were told to walk down the street. No directions. We entered thru the service gate and were still given a hard time. Had to show proof of reservation on my phone. When we showed up and were seated by 5:45, they gave us the lunch menu and said we could not see a dinner menu until 6pm… seriously. Keep in mind, we came from the Four Seasons and we were with our 7 year old. We were so frustrated we didn’t even eat.

   Caprese salad was amazing! The noise level is also low which allows for an enjoyable dinner conversation

   The positive is the view of the sunset is absolutely amazing! That was about the only positive. We had a reservation for 5 at 7pm, but they did not have room so they put us in the bar at a make shift table. We waited 20 min to be sat. another 10 before anyone acknowledged us, and then another 10 before they brought us water and a menu...and then only had one menu in English :). I am guessing it was because we were in the bar area, but we had to track down our server each time (to bring us more water, to bring missing food we had ordered, to bring us the check). It is a gorgeous spot to view the sunset, but the food and the service was honestly better on the beach for lunch at the St. Regis.

   The beauty of the restaurant outdoors, excellent service and delicious food makes this spot a treasure inside the beautiful St. Regis Punta Mita

   It was our first time at this restaurant, staying at the St Regis in Punta Vita.… The vibe, view, and service was fantastic. The roasted chicken was prepared well but was a small portion . Side orders of garlic, spinach, and mashed potatoes were excellent. The pizza was quite tasty but the bottom was not as crispy as I would like.
