Food quality was not worth the money. The main reason my husband wanted to go there was for the lamb and it was not edible. The prime rib was OK. Salmon was dry. Ham was very good. Shrimp cocktail was wonderful, omelet and waffle station was fine. Deserts were very good.

I was looking forward to bringing my family here but it was a mistake. Worst Avacado toast ever. Tasted like store bought guacamole dumped on toast. The breakfast smoothie was room temperature.

We thought we had booked a table for the main dining room. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the main dining room was closed and that we basically could eat at the bar. While the food was very good, it was not the dinner my wife and I had anticipated.

I had not wanted to post this review to social media as I thought the issues with the Valentines Day dinner might be a one time occurrence. Since you requested my feedback, here it is. The evening started by walking in to a lobby full of children running around and their parents ordering out for pizza and then eating it in the lobby. Not exactly a romantic atmosphere for a Valentines Day dinner but I excused this as I understand the hotel was hosting a large group of people for a soccer tournament. We arrive about ten minutes early but were instructed to wait at the bar. This, even though the dining room was only half full. We were seated promptly at 7:30 PM. We then waited and waited and eventually glasses of water arrived. The room was set with large banquet tables with white table cloths. The tables were not set with plates and silverware, wrapped in napkins was thrown haphazardly on the table. No centerpiece but a half filled pepper shaker and salt shaker. While we were a table for two, the staff couldn’t be bothered putting down all of the leafs of the large round table so we sat at a half round, half square oddly shaped banquet table. Finally, after a long wait our server took our order. My wife requested the meat be omitted from her crudites serving. After another long wait it arrived. No meat, but also nothing else except some American cheese, what appeared to be humus and some vegetable. Olives, cheese stuffed peppers, soft cheese and everything else fgrom the reqular serving was omitted. Bread arrived-at the table next to us, not at our table. I guess asking the chef for a change gets you punished. When the entree arrived (about an hour and a half into then service, the 6 ounce filet and crab cake were barely room temperature. I attempted to eat it but gave up. The people sitting at the table next to us suffered the same problem. I was able to find our server by going to the front of the room and asking another server to locate her. I explained the pr

We went here for Valentine's because we had gone to Easter Brunch here last year and it was extremely good! Can't same the same about last night. The ambiance was very nice. Old school, but that is what we expected. The dinner was advertised as a 6 course meal. Price was $95 per person. The appetizers were charcuterie, and strawbery sherbet in champagne. Was small but very good. It took about 20 minutes for dinner to come out after that was completed and my wife's entrée was the wrong one. It took another 10 minutes for the right entrée to come out. Although the food tasted good, it was Luke warm at best. I don't send food back because we all know you never know what your going to get then. But the couple beside us sent theirs back for the same reason. Then a salad came out after that which was very weird in both timing, and what it was. Don't you normally get salad after the appetizers? And it was spinach leaves wrapped in a strip of cucumber. Strange? Then dessert came out. It was supposed to be strawberry fondue for two. It was maybe 2 strawberry's sliced up, a small plate with whipped cream and a very small bowl of chocolate pudding. Not fondue, and it was a joke to say it was for 2 people. It took 2 1/2 hours to get through everything. I have to say the waitress was very nice, and the valet guys were very engaging. But all in all, for what we paid, we could have gone to one of the local bars and the meal wouldn't have been the same, but we would have received better service and the food would have been hot....

Everything was exceptional! Even on as busy of a night as New Years Eve, everything ran smoothly. The 1914 Beef Pot Pie was to die for, and the Prime Rib was tender enough to cut with a fork. Cannot wait to return
