It's a chain so don't expect anything outstanding. But as a pre-theater spot, it fits the bill. Service was very good and quick. Food is just ok. Didn't really stand out. Go back? Sure, why not.

My party of four went to Serafina for pre-matinee lunch. The restaurant is clean (there is only one bathroom stall so know that in advance. I am not faulting them for it. It’s Times Square, a hotel, that toilet will get used!) and spacious and quiet. Our food came promptly from the kitchen and we had plenty of time after our 12:30 reservation to linger and chat a few minutes before going to the theater. I would happily recommend and return. Thanks!

Very disappointing meal. Ordered spinach and goat cheese salad. We were given a pile of spinach. Two half slices of tomatoes. No nuts. And two very small pieces of toast with goat cheese spread. For $24 not worth the price. We split a pizza. Sauce was cold and Buffalo mozzarella and basil were sparse. Chocolate cake was stale and broke apart in pieces - clearly had been chilled. Servers and hosts were accommodating and attentive. Very disappointed in our meal. We won’t be back. City is already expensive but you don’t mind when you get a quality meal. We didn’t.

A good place. Only reason we picked was because it was close to the hotel. Too loud, food was fine but certainly not great. Service was amazing, the lady that served us was very kind and quick. She had a great smile.
