Shaw's Crab House is Chicagoland's Premier Seafood Restaurant. Reservations made for "Bar" seating will be for our casual Oyster Bar, reservations made for "Standard" seating will be in our more formal Main Dining Room and reservations made for our "Outdoor" will be on our patio.
All reservations are limited to 2 hours of dining.
Shaw's Crab House offers a unique dining experience focusing on seasonal fresh seafood, made to order sushi and our signature Alaskan King Crab Legs. Our reputation relies on quality ingredients prepared in a straight forward style, with crisp, professional service.

First time having dinner here. The service was excellent. And the food was very good and tasteful. Beautiful environment inside the restaurant.

Excellent meal! Great recommendations by our waiter, Dean. Fabulous oyster selection, surf and turf was incredible. Tasty key lime pie!

We had a lovely dinner with friends at Shaw’s Crab House. The lump crab cake was among the best we’ve ever had. My spouse had the same opinion about the fish and chips. Our server, Mike, provided excellent service and was helpful with menu recommendations. It was a great experience and we will definitely return.

Food was good, not great. The fried haddock was above average as was the clam chowder. Spinach was just boiled, Key Lime was OK, oysters on half shell were good but small, mojito was good. But the price was about 30% too high and they tried to sneak a 3% tip onto the bill, which is super annoying. Parking is good/easy. Restaurant is clean. Waiter was very nice.
