   I’ve been to Shooters’a many times prior to this. However, the service received by the front desk staff member Bianca was very rude, condescending, and did not represent the brand well at all. We had reservations, and she treated us as if we were unwelcome. It was not until another representative assisted us and insured us that we would be able to place some surprise decorations on the table for our guest prior to their arrival. We were attempted to leave after we encountered Bianca. But her colleague stepped in and assisted us with placing our decorations on the table. And our waiter David was amazing. The food was great. It was our guest first time and they also enjoyed themselves. Thankfully, we took the brunt of Bianca‘s treatment prior to our guests arriving so they were able to enjoy the full experience of shooters..

   Make sure your fish is cooked enough. Great waiters and server but food was sub par.

   It was really crowded and we had to wait 15 min for a table so I was worried about the service since it was only 2pm and already so crowded. Stanley our waiter was great! He even refilled sodas as soon as one was done. The food was great. It couldn’t have been better weather and everyone was just having a good time celebrating Valentine’s Day.

   The waiter was very attentive but the quality of the food was to be honest poor. We waited over an hour to receive our entrees and the manager graciously offered us a bowl of soup, and the kind of soup we wanted it turned out wasn’t available! Instead they offered us dessert. And the desserts that we wanted were not available. One of the entrees when it arrived was a fish dish, which was cold. The explanation for the wait and the food quality was that the chef had the night off. We aren’t particularly critical of restaurants, and it isn’t our style to complain, but this place based on this experience is a restaurant in a great location that needs a restart. Good luck.

   Shooters is always a great bet when people have come in from out of town and you want to impress them or you just wanna take your family out for a great, relaxing dinner. Situated along the intercoastal waterway, make sure you call ahead so you can get an outdoor table and watch the lovely boats go by. The food is excellent and the weight staff is very attentive.

   We were seated quicking and had a reservation. Beautiful waterfront dining on the intercoastal waterway. Our server Ashley was excellent, friendly and very attentive. We were not rushed although the place filled up quickly. Ordered the sushi as an appy then went with their their fresh fish entrees. truely fresh and delicious. Portions were generous. For dessert we had the cheescake and the 5 layer chocolate cake. We were told all desserts were baked on premises by their pastry chef and it showed. The chocolate cake was HUGE for $ 14 no way to even attempt to finish it. If I had to pick on one item, not their fault, the sunset was blocked by a high building acroos the waterway.

   Two people for 6:30 dinner. Waited 25 minutes for our table. Took forever for our drink order. Couldn’t find olives for my warm martini that was served in my grandmother’s cut glass dessert glass! Dinner order took forever. Never got bread we ordered. Over 2 1/2 hours for unhappy meal.

   Great ambience - waterside table was excellent. Can't say enough about he staff. Courteous, friendly and attentive.
