   Our favorite item to order at Si Bon, where we have eaten for several years, is the Fresh Papaya stuffed with chicken salad. Yesterday one of our party of four ordered it and was very disappointed, as the papaya was so hard it couldn’t even be cut with a knife. Unfortunately he didn’t mention it to our server until we were ready to ask for our bill, but I want to alert management (and the kitchen) in the hope that this doesn’t happen again. Enough with the complaint. Si Bon is still our favorite local restaurant, everything else we ordered — Fried Chicken Waffle Sandwich, the Quiche Lorraine, and the Spinach Quiche — were excellent choices enjoyed by all, and we will be back.

   We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience! The eggs Benedict were deliciously prepared, with rich hollandaise and perfectly poached aggs. The chocolate pancakes were decadent and fluffy - absolute treat. The Angus beef burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. For dessert, the chocolate mousse was smooth, rich, and satisfying, while the mango sorbet was refreshing and bursting with natural flavor. Both were perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Our server, Ramiro, was outstanding-attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. He elevated our experience and made my day special. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the service. We'll definitely be back!

   Favorite restaurant in the valley. Food is unbelievable. My fav is Weiner schnitzel. Staff is so kind and accommodating. Ambiance on enclosed Patio is stellar. Marco and Ivan are the best as hosts. Can’t say enough! The best!
