We arrived on time for our 7:00 reservation, which the host informed us she didn’t have. The restaurant was fairly empty so after a few trips back and forth she was able to get us accommodated, which we appreciated. Once at the table we noticed that there was no drink menu. When our waitress finally appeared, she wasn’t very friendly, but I inquired about a drink menu and she responded that she can get us anything we want from the bar. I typically like to look at a menu to try specialty cocktails or to order a nice glass (or bottle of wine), but no menu was offered. We all ordered the Prime Rib Special, which was tasty enough and cooked exactly as ordered, so the cooks and the hosts really made this experience bearable. The waitress never came back to check on us, to fill waters, to see if we would like another drink from the bar…

The food and service is always great. I highly recommend the liver and onions. Everything on the menu is great. Prices have increased but it’s still good value as the portions are generous. We always visit Siegel when in Vegas.

I ate at Siegels 1941 for the first time last week. Both myself, and my companion ordered the 12 oz. prime rib dinner, which came with Delmonico potatoes. We also ordered side salads with blue cheese dressing. The prime rib was served exactly as ordered, and was tender and delicious. I have never had Delmonico potatoes before, they were a 10!! Even the side salad had fresh ingredients, and delicious blue cheese dressing. I will definitely return to this restaurant in the future, and have already recommended to others. Thank you Siegels 1941!

They were extremely understaffed. I think they only had three employees working. I ordered the Fl mignon and it was overcooked. Upon leaving while trying to pay the check, the hostess cashier was busy making cornbread and filling to go orders. I waited 15 minutes, just to pay my bill and leave. I do not recommend

Excellent service and food! $19.99 for a complete prime rib dinner was an excellent value. Alexis was a terrific waitress! Friendly, attentive, and gave great suggestions!

My wife and I both had the prime rib cooked medium rare and they were juicy, tender, and delicious. We enjoyed them. Many sides to pick from also. Reasonable prices. It was a nice dinner experience in the Fremont street experience area just one street over. Easy drop off and pickup for the ride share. The bar and gaming areas were good. Nice people.

First, I’ve never had a restaurant that serves dinner without offering you a complementary salad before or a complementary bread. I had the prime rib, which is very good potatoes not my style so didn’t care for them or server was quick to be there and quick to bring out food, but also quick to leave the check before we had a chance to have coffee or anything indicating to me that she wanted to turn the table, this would have been fine if the restaurant was crowded, but it wasn’t . I was disappointed in the service at that level. As I said, the prime rib was good the potatoes not so much and again never have had a prime rib dinner that I pay over $30 for that doesn’t come with a salad or some other type of Free like bread or something
