   Absolutely incredible. This is a true gem! Rory, the owner, personally checked on us throughout our amazing meal, which was without a doubt one of the best we’ve experienced anywhere. We will most definitely be back!

   Single Shot is a never miss spot that Seattle is lucky to have. Took business friends from SoCal, they were so impressed with the whole dinner experience. Always a win.

   We enjoyed an excellent meal. Ate outside, as we were there on a warm sunny evening. All courses were presented very well and proved to be both delicious and mouthwatering. It was obviously a beautiful neighborhood gem.

    Single Shot in Seattle is an absolute gem! I had the crab eggs Benedict and the salmon lox on sourdough toast—both were outstanding. The crab was fresh and perfectly paired with the hollandaise, and the lox was delicate and flavorful atop hearty, toasted sourdough. The ambiance is cozy yet modern, with attentive service that improved the meal. Highly recommend for a stylish brunch
