   Service was very slow. Food was good but were out of things. Alabama white sauce is delicious! I got the Texas born baker, a delicious massive baked potato but not nearly enough toppings for size of the potato. I couldn’t see or taste any bacon that was supposed to be on it and I asked for jalapeños on it which they charged extra for. Very little cheese sauce. My spouse had macaroni and cheese as one of his sides, while it was good, there was only about 4 bites of it.

   We ate there in the past this time the brisket sucked no smoke flavor , they bake there Mac & cheese now not smoked. They switched waitresses on us before are meal came out and the next girl had our food all mixed up. She blamed the cook for having a medical emergency had to go to hospital. Does not a good night probably won’t be back.

   Hi Gary, thanks for the feedback. We use the same process with the brisket. Sorry yours didn’t have as smoky of a flavor as last time. We never smoked the mac and cheese. The cheese we used in the mac and our cheese sauce was smoked and still is. Same ingredients, we just bake it now because we like the flavor and consistency better. And yes, our chef had an allergic reaction to shellfish and had to go to the hospital during service. We do apologize this impacted your meal but he is doing OK now. Thanks for reaching out!

   We go to Smoked about once a year when my daughter gets a craving for their nachos. Sunday night was very quiet, the restaurant was considerably less than half full. Smoked has a decent beer on-tap list, and we had a nice Lost Trails IPA. The nachos and Caesar salad were good, my chili was just okay. I was hungering for a burger, and got the house burger, but it was really greasy. My wife said her pulled brisket sandwich was okay, but the cheese was "gloppy". Service was excellent.

   Very good food. Great atmosphere. Decent drinks. They definitely need to hire a host & maybe another server. It took a minute to be greeted & sat. However everything else was perfect!

   We are glad you enjoyed the food! When we are very busy like we were Friday night, sometimes servers get sat two tables at or around the same time. They may not have known that you were sat first and we do apologize that they went to another table first!    Affordable barbecue restaurant. Very attentive waiter, who did very well. The whole hog platter was good, although they were out of pulled pork at 6:30pm. Food all kind of tasted the same, but good. It was a Sunday so it’s understandable that they were out of some items an hour, and a half before close. The hot honey chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly. The one thing that ruined the flavor of the sandwich for me in particular was the pickled red onions. Would be a much better idea to add a small amount of slaw onto that type of sandwich instead, as the onions totally destroy the sweetness from the honey. Overall a decent dining experience for my family, and I. Would probably like to stop in again another night in the future.

   Hi Hunter, thanks for the kind words and nice review. We ran out of pulled pork Sunday due to a very busy Friday and Saturday. We did not have enough to smoke Saturday night into Sunday to make it through the day. Feedback noted on the sandwich. We hope to serve you again soon.

   Awesome meal and service! Dined for lunch and it didn’t disappoint. Smoked is consistently good. The staff is always friendly, professional, and working hard to serve the customers. The restaurant is clean. We were greeted by a host and put on a short wait as they were very busy. We got our drinks fairly quick… <10 minutes. This has been a go to on our local rotation to eat out. Hershey has a lot of overpriced and pretentious restaurants. Not this one. Highly recommend Smoked if you’re looking for a casual evening out.

   We eat here regularly. Always great food and service. Brisket cheese steak and the ribs are my favorites. My wife loves the salmon. Highly recommend.

    The food was delicious, only complaint is that some of it was luke warm. Our server was amazing, I can’t remember his name but he made it a memorable experience.
