Soby’s New South Cuisine is an eclectic blend of contemporary continental cuisine infused with traditional Southern ingredients, transforming old favorites into something fresh and new. The restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Greenville, in a renovated cotton mill built in the 1800s. The atmosphere is warm and energetic and the staff is well-trained to provide a fantastic dining experience for all of our guests. In addition, the wine list offers more than 500 selections and is a Wine Spectator Magazine award-winner regular.

Excellent, as always. The bison special was fantastic and the short rib entree melts in your mouth. Soby’s never disappoints with respect to food or service.

By far, our waitress was the best we have ever had there!! The food was amazing as always! The bison special was definitely special! And Tarci's pinecone is truly one of the best things I have ever had!!

The restaurant was all decked out for Christmas, quite beautiful. The server was knowlegable and attentive.my husband and I each had the crab cake dinner and it was very good. We have been here before always good food and service.
