Soby’s New South Cuisine is an eclectic blend of contemporary continental cuisine infused with traditional Southern ingredients, transforming old favorites into something fresh and new. The restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Greenville, in a renovated cotton mill built in the 1800s. The atmosphere is warm and energetic and the staff is well-trained to provide a fantastic dining experience for all of our guests. In addition, the wine list offers more than 500 selections and is a Wine Spectator Magazine award-winner regular.

Went to Soby's for my mom's 70th birthday last night. The server was very good, and the ambiance was nice. Two of us ordered the short ribbon meal, and they were mostly chunks of fat. It was pretty unappealing and not worth the money.

We love sitting by the window in the bar area, people watching and looking at charming Greenville. The waitstaff at Soby's is always so attentive. Food is always delicious. We had the Crabcakes and Salmon. Two very good meals!
