The food was good. The ambience was really good. The only problem was someone booked a party that overlapped my table with my guests, and it was very loud and very uncomfortable. The manager apologized, but it was not a good setting.

We arrived just after 5P on a Friday ,when lunch special crowd was leaving. Very quiet with only few patrons in bar area, and noise level remained acceptable with dining area filling up as we were eating dessert. Our server was very attentive and allowed enough time between our small plates, appetizers to roll out from the kitchen. We had to wait for entrees due to one of the orders prepared wrong in kitchen, but server kept us informed of the situation. Chicken was very salty in both dishes. Next time will stick to appetizers, pizza salads.

Always a great dining experience at Spuntino. Fan favorites are the short ribs, lamb chops, picante pizza and the wine selection. The winekeeper tasting was top notch! Very hard to get tastings of the selected wines, so pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.

I expected the food to be good, but not this good. Outstanding: seared tuna bruschetta, chicken Milanese, and the Mediterranean Mule.

I am usual diner at Spuntino’s. I never tried their events and experiences but this time they offered the Seven Fishes tasting menu. Everything was perfect until I smelled the ammonia in the codfish of Fritto Misto. Normally I disregard it if I tasted one off mussel in a dish, not if I’m just eating a nicely breaded piece of fried cod. It is something you can’t mess up unless the fish is not fresh. And so the last day of there dining experience, being Christmas Eve also, is a BUMMER. It will take me awhile to recover to go back to this place.
