Stables Ranch Grille at Tubac Golf Resort & Spa serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Stables Ranch Grille is named for its historical significance of being the famed Otero ranch an actual stable back in the day. Our rustic dining rooms reveal the original Spanish cobblestone floor and massive hand-hewn beams. Enjoy American Southwestern cuisine featuring appetizers, salads, sandwiches, pasta, fresh seafood, steaks, chops, and southwestern specialties. Friendly service, fine-casual cuisine, and a comfortable atmosphere combine for a rustic yet upscale dining experience with incredible views of the Santa Rita Mountains. Two dining rooms, two patios, and a large bar provide several areas to dine or relax with a tasty beverage.
You won't want to miss our famous bar complete with saddles for barstools.

The service was fabulous … Nicole was attentive but giving us space to have a romantic dinner. The food was just as good. The schnitzel dinner was on par!! An added treat was Sunday’s are 1/2 price wine night!!! We will return!!!

We visit Tucson yearly. Our first trip to Stables was a year ago. This year, we brought a party of 7 for lunch outside. The setting is incomparable for pure Az scenes. The food and service are exceptional. We vowed to return on our next trip!

We both ordered a chopped salad..iceberg lettuce..a couple of tomatoes and a little bacon...sent both salads back and ordered sandwich..even worse..first time I have been disappointed..perhaps a new chef? Will never go back

Have been dining at to Stables for many years. Food and service is always very good, although not outstanding. Only complaint about Stables is a long standing one. Given the location and views, so much more could be done with the indoor dining room which has always seemed "closed in", somewhat dark (although overhead lights were way too bright and stark this visit). and quite "dated". The main dining room could be spectacular if modernized somewhat and opened up to the view. Also outside dining areas have always seemed somewhat of an afterthought, or no thought at all. A refurbished outdoor patio as and extension to the dining room would be spectacular, and given the relatively temperate weather at Tubac, very well used. If only something like this could happen, Stables would be the most desirable restaurant in Southern Arizona.
