I was somewhat skeptical. Tonight, I experienced it for myself and it was truly wonderful! We had a very attentive and thoughtful server, Jess, whom I will absolutely request on my next visit there. She knows the menu inside and out, is not timid about making suggestions, and was not at all flustered by our “Sally-like” requests (from the movie with “everything on the side”!). We had one minor issue (the kitchen’s not Jess’) and after Jess fixed it for us to our complete satisfaction, the Manager came over to make sure. He was incredibly friendly; took ownership; comped dessert; and, frankly, reinforced the incredibly positive vibes I had gotten interacting with our servers and the hostesses on our arrival. The manager greeted us personally at the Century City Mall location! The market area was SUCH A FUN VIBE and great experience in itself!!! The food was super fresh, very delicious. Ordered family style and the entire party was super super pleased!!! WE CANNOT WAIT TO FIND ANOTHER REASON TO GO BACK!! I had never been there myself but WOW WAS IT FESTIVE AND PERFECT!!!!!
