First time here, but will return some day. We really can't fault it. A lovely environment, great service and the food was really delicious and well presented. A bit more pricey than some places, but worth it.

We always enjoy our meals at all of the ACI venues. We hadn’t been to the Hermitage for a few years and chose it for our 31st anniversary. Staff were a little stretched (only) 2 main servers. They did a great job and were super polite. Food was flavourful and we enjoyed it but could have been a little hotter. Portion size of the tomato salad was a little disappointing. Had to wait a bit for dessert but it did give us time to digest our mains. Overall a pleasant experience.

First time visitor to the restaurant for an anniversary meal. Made us very welcome, nice pace to the service so it never felt rushed. Acknowledged the anniversary with a glass of bubbles, catered for gluten free really well. Great food, some difference slants on meals which was great. Black pudding scotch eggs and steak was great. Liv was our waitress and did a great job. Checking in on us to see everything was ok without being intrusive. Thanks for making it a cracking meal Liv and the other lady who welcomed us when we arrived. Will be back
