Sugar Factory American Brasserie is a 9,000-square-foot space offering both sweet and savory American culinary classics to the MB Financial Park Entertainment District in Rosemont.

Sugar Factory’s culture is a celebrated concept of food and drink menus that include perfectly executed classics, from eggs benedict and burgers to housemade flatbreads, savory steaks and pastas. Our more unique selections include Banana Split Crepes, Rocky Road Fondue and Red Velvet Pancakes. Sugar Factory also found a way to spike your favorite drinks by offering signature smoking candy goblets, and specialty martinis and cocktails, such as the Cotton Candy Cosmopolitan or Cherry Tootsie Pop. Creative candy inspired milkshakes and the famous King Kong Sundae round out Sugar Factory’s inspired menu.

    Club sandwich not as fresh as in the past. Bread seemed stale versus freshly toasted (and still slightly warm). Also sparse on contents. Chocolate cake was amazing before, now just slightly above average (especially considering the price) Excellent service

    Our server was excellent. A forced 2hr seating limit and they charge you if you go over. I found that strange since the place was mostly empty. Ambiance is nice. I wouldn’t come again. Food is way overpriced!

    I was there celebrating my great Neice birthday. It was seven of us and the kids really had a great time along with myself. Being I haven’t been in a while but everything turned out great. Food and drinks were good.

    I was very disappointed that there was no kids' menu, and the rainbow burgers without fries were $30. Also, there is a 20% tax included, even if you didn't want to tip 20%. It was a neat experience for my birthday girl, but I don't think I'll go back.

    We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time. It took 15 minutes for the server to greet us. He was very slow during our time there. 20 minutes after we made our dessert order, he came over and asked if we needed anything else or did we want the check. When we asked about our dessert we ordered from him, he said “Oh yes, let me go check on that!” It was obvious he forgot. 20 minutes later he brought the dessert. We will not ever go back. They seemed short staffed and despite the mandatory 20% service fee, they don’t care a whole lot about the customer. My bill for 4 came out to $176. We didn’t order alcohol and shared a dessert for my daughter’s birthday.

    So much better than the New York location in every way? Our server was MUCH nicer and more attentive, it wasn’t nearly as loud, and the food and drinks came out faster! If you were turned off by the experience in New York, definitely try again here! Great overall experience!!

    Nice place to bring kids to. Food was good but def on pricy side and no kids menus which is odd. The other thing is they already include a 20% gratuity which I don’t agree with. Tipping and the amount you tip is not required. Pay your employees a better wage. The only thing truly awful is the location. There is zero signs going from the outlets to here. Even navigation is pointing you to a direction you can’t go. The parking garage is $15 and that’s basically the only place to park. We almost left bc of the price but decided to see if the restaurant validates the garage which they did. Sugar factory def needs some signs once you enter that complex because coming from the outlets you’d have no idea where it is.
