   Great place for a more upscale dining experience in Springdale. The Bison Mignon was tender and juicy . My husband ordered the bacon wrapped meatloaf - which was very tasty and great portion size. Our server, James was very helpful and personable.

   Out of 3 people, 2 steaks came out EXTREMELY over cooked. Our server gladly took them back, but the 3rd person was finished before the two new medium rare steaks came back. Traditionally, we receive a visit from the manager that would confirm the new steaks arrived and everything was now acceptable. We did not. After dinner service there was not a check back for drinks etc. Once the table was cleared we waited 15 minutes for our server to come back to see if we would like dessert. The food was amazing, but the service was sadly extremely disappointing for the price point.

   Deceiving from the outside, this restaurant is full of grace and charm of what was once the go to experience to have a fine meal. The menu is designed to offer patrons a broad selection of dishes. Our waiter Ben knew his menu cold, while a curious personality he was as attentive as time allowed.

   Beware of Switchback! They accepted and also confirmed my reservation for a night they knew they would be closed. Despite several requests for an explanation, Switchback never bothered to apologize for the inconvenience or even offer an explanation. A restaurant that treats people as cavalierly as Switchback cannot be trusted as a dining destination.

   Went for our anniversary and it was just perfect! The food and atmosphere were amazing and our waiter Steven just made us feel right at home!

   Very expensive but good food. mediocre service. And because we asked to split the bill ( two couples) we were charged a mandatory tip of 22%

   Wonderful steak house I had the scallops which were amazing and my son had the steak which was equally delicious. The drinks were very good as well as the wine list. Service was fantastic very welcoming and friendly I would most definitely come back when we are back in the area.

    Returning customer that have had excellent experience in the past but this time not so good. This place is expensive but is usually the service and food is the best there is. Something is different than before. The server didn’t give us very good service. They undercooked and then overcooked my steak that caused a long delay in our visit. They made no adjustments to our check and they must not have a Manager for the way this was handled.
