   Even though we had a reservation, it took 30 minutes for us to get seated. When we finally got seated, the waiter asked us what temperature we wanted our meats, but when the servers came, they didn’t not bring the temperature of meats that we had requested. Not sure if it’s a on purpose but all the serves come and overwhelm you with all different kinds of meats. It was so chaotic. After they came once, they take about 30 minutes to come back again. Some of our guest were at the buffet when they first came, so they had to wait for the 2nd round to get served meats. The servers and even the waiter seem mad/annoyed. At the end, after we had paid, the waiter came back with the receipt and told us that the tip was no included, which felt tacky. We will not come back to this location.

   Came for my boyfriend’s birthday. Everything was excellent. Daniela was absolutely wonderful. Food and cocktails were top notch. Left so full and satisfied. Couldn’t of asked for a better experience!

   Although the music might have been a bit loud. The service was phenomenal. Our server was super polite and informative. The bbq chicken legs were so delicious. I never would've expected to be repeating on chicken in a steakhouse but I could not get enough of it. The spicy pricada was really good. I normally don't eat lamb but the lamb was really good as well. The desserts were delicious and the server suggested a Grand Mariner shot to go with it and it was nice. Thank you for making our anniversary very special.

   Everything was on point. Gauchos, waiter’s & manager constantly without being overwhelming made sure we had everything we requested. Food was excellent.

   We love our Brazilian steakhouses. Tonight was very loud. Which made it less enjoyable for our family. The food as usual was delicious. The servings started off strong but then died off. We did not even see our waitress for a very long time. One of our desserts had a hair in it. The manager took care of that for us. Overall not as good as we are used to.

    It was way too loud. The people were coming around with the meats but it was as if they were not looking to see if you had your card turned to red or green and I felt like I did more trying to flag them down to get them to come to me than I did eating. Most of the meat was almost totally rare and was very fatty. The only meals that were any good was the filet and the flank. I usually love this restaurant. Unfortunately, they seem to have gone down in overall quality. The meal is too expensive to have to beg for people to bring food to your table or for dessert to not be included.
