   I'm deaf and in a wheelchair: staff was helpful and accommodating! Food was GREAT!!!!! HCA bathroom was out of service (used anyway! No choice!) Parking was a bit of a pain (QR reader didn't work!) Great selection! Friendly servers. Got really crowded by 6pm, but not too noisy. (But then, I'm deaf!) Nice special occasion dinner!

   We were placed at two different level/type of tables pushed together right up against a wall near the bar. The AC was blowing down directly on us. We asked to be moved and were told it would be a 30 min wait yet there were many open spaces for 6 people in other areas. We will not be back to this location.

   Food was great. Service superb. Lost one star because parking app that you have to use did not work. Risking an $80 ticket manager did not offer any help but our server did. 5 starts to her. Management—— take notes ……act like you care

   I love that TDB offers the VIP dining cards, but there needs to be a better way or system in order to use them. We present the information at the beginning when we sit down and are told, "My manager will come by afterwards to take care of that." We eat. We enjoy company. Then the end. The waiter comes over, gives us our check. Then we remind him that we are using our VIP cards. Then we have to wait for a manager to come over. We give the manager the information not once, but three times he had to write it down on paper. 25 minutes later, and we finally receive the correct check and then still have to pay and leave. The VIP cards have a QR code on them. I have even written it down on paper ahead of time and given the information and every time it is the same result. I would just highly recommend that TDB invest in the ability to use a QR code scanner or allow the transaction to be placed on the ticket up front rather than waiting an additional 25-30 minutes at the end.

    Went for a birthday and requested an upstairs table on our reservation but was sat on the first floor in the busy walkway by the elevator. Food was okay. Our server was nice and thankfully read my reservation request and did the birthday dessert surprise! That was very appreciated!! From our table at least it was a little loud.
