   Food is great - our martinis weren't very good. The manager tried to make it right, but it seemed the bartender didn't know how to make a martini properly.

   Very disappointed, it’s been a few years since we last went there. The quality of the food is sub par. The service was just ok . Difficult to get meat served. The meat was tuff and fatty. Not the same quality it used to be. Other places I would rather eat. Texas De Brazil’s food isn’t as good as Texas Roadhouse anymore.

   Food and service were great. It was a bit noisy and it was extremely cold. Meats were sometimes not as hot as usual because the room was so cold

   Watress behaved like she had received very bad news today. Meats at first were very fast and delicious but slowed after awhile. We had to ask a few times for one of the options of meat. Salad bar was great and the meat tasted great.

   There were only about 10 tables seated when we went for dinner and they put 3 of us right next to each other so it was noisy and the bartender kept yelling for people across to the front entrance. Meat was all very undercooked even when we continued to ask for a “warmer” temperature. Our waitress did a wonderful job though!

   The service and hospitality were top notch. I really enjoyed the salad bar. It was fresh and had a large variety. I give the salad bar a 5/5 alone. As far as the meat goes, I was not as thrilled. Everything was way over salted. Some pieces were so salty that I couldn’t eat them. The Parmesan pork was over cooked and dry. I always order my meat medium rare, but several times I was served basically raw meat. The ribs were dry and had no flavor and the filet was not good either. The top sirloin and flank steak were the best bets. The garlic mash was inedible! This was my first time here but I have been to similar chains several times. If Fogo de Chao is an A+, then Texas de Brazil is a solid C.

   First experience there and it was the best. The staff was so nice and polite. As I told my boyfriend at one point, I have never had so much meat thrown in my face lol

    They open at 5pm, we were early, got our table. The food was exquisite from salad bar to the gauchos w the sampling of various meats. I loved the bacon wrapped jalapeño, no heat at all, should offer them both ways w little heat. I enjoyed all the meat selection s. Stayed a little bit after 6p, left w a few more unnecessary pounds.
