   Restaurant Waiter did not explain that there was a different price for just salad bar vs meat. I was a party of 7 with 1 vegetarian. We were all charged the $62. Not a good value at all. Place was loud and seats all uncomfortable. Poor service overall. Lots of options on salad bar but nothing special

   I was very sad by the lack of service and quality of food. It was a special occasion and the restaurant disappointed.

   Very very loud. So dark inside I could not tell if the food on my plate was bread or chicken from sight only. The drinks, bread/bananas took a while to arrive. I was able to go to and from saladbar, have my first serving of meats (which also took a while) and still no bread and bananas on the table. Seems they are overcrowded yet they do not have ample service staff to provide shorter wait time at the dining table. Not sure if this was a bar/kitchen issue or server issue which caused the delay but it was a little frustrating. Wish they would fix it since our bill was almost $300 for just 3 people and the service was not great

   Our table was called on time….even that I changed the party amount in the last minute. Ryan (server) was awesome having in consideration that he was very busy!. Food was as expected. Bathrooms were very smelly and dirty. Exhaust fan/ventilation system wasn’t working. The issue was communicated.

   Our first visit here was great. Our visit yesterday was less than great. We were seated in one of the side rooms which was very noisy... very difficult to carry on a conversation. Despite being asked (twice actually) how we wanted our meats prepared most of the meat that came to the table was medium well... not great when you prefer medium rare. I don't know why they put out three hot dishes (mashed and fried potatoes and plantains) right when you sit down. By the time you finish your trip to the salad bar, those items are cold so having them with your meat is a moot point. Also, they seemed very understaffed for a Friday night. The staff we encountered were very nice and trying hard. I understand staffing is hard these days, but from a guest perspective, it wasn't great. Also, weirdly, we noticed that at some point that neither of us noticed, our little "signal" coasters were removed from the table... as if they were trying to cut us off so they could have the table. We'll might come back again, but we'll wait awhile

   The food overall was fine, but the service was lacking. Our server barely came by to check on the table (we were a party of 10 celebrating two graduations), but then made sure when he brought us the bill to remind me that the gratuity had not been added yet. The meat being brought around was lacking as well, we had to continuously request meat to be brought to the table and often times it was the same one over and over. Texas de Brazil is often a place we go to for special occasions, but after this experience I’m not sure we will be back.

   We have always had great experiences with the servers. This was the first time the server was rude. My mom asked for an iced tea and I asked for some sugar since it was unsweetened, she took off - five minutes later still no sugar so I mentioned it again and I asked her if I could go get it? Is it somewhere on the line? she took off again, and brought the sugar and put it pretty hard on the table. Not sure what happened. I think it’s when we told her we were not going to have meat, only the salad bar. That’s when the attitude came up. One of the hosts came up and help us, he was a sweetheart. When we left. I thanked him for being nice.

    Texas the Brazil serves excellent meat quality and the servers have been well trained to serve it Brazilian style (cutting thin warm slices as opposed to dumping a large cut of meat which will become cold soon).
