   Was our first time to this franchise. We were pleased overall however it was hard to get drinks, chicken never came by our table even though we actually requested it several times from several people, ribs finally came out at the end of my visit and wow what a disappointment, mushy oily meat, no sauce just down right nasty. Staff great overall we had two waitresses one was brand new, she did pretty decent except I heard her tell another table she couldn't wait for it to be over. The other waitress showed up three times, at the beginning, midway and right on top of getting paid, she was very very descriptive about the way the receipt was put together ESPECIALLY THE TIP! First I would recommend that a coffee and a soda should be included with the dinner not charged as a extra item, lol you kidding me. Service needs some retraining, just because I sit in the chair doesn't mean your getting a tip, your gonna work for it, I had to work to make the money that is giving you that tip, I think to be a little more prompt with drinks, side dishes and make sure we get the meat choices we're waiting for shouldn't be to much to ask.

   It took a very long time to see our waitress, in fact a female manager had come over to see how things were going and I stated we hadn’t even seen anyone to take our drink order yet (we had been there and to the buffet - leaving one person at the table the whole time in case she showed) then the male manager stopped to see how things were going and asked if the servers have been finding us to which I told him they had not - we had seen very limited servers and selections. He explained he would get some people over with the meat selection and that they had a service of 25 across the restaurant they were probably getting stuck at (unfortunately we still pay the same as the larger party per person and shouldn’t be ignored because of that) - it was very busy and possibly understaffed. I do think the food and service is not what it use to be years ago and to have a $300 bill for four people is definitely not worth the money

   Went there last night with a party of 4 for dinner. Food was great. But after we got our first round of drinks. We were forgotten about the rest of the time we were there. Our hostess was more interested in being behind the bar then coming to our table. Even the people behind us were complaining about this as well. We had to ask 4 different workers there if they could get us another drink. Finally someone came to our table and acted like it was a bother for them to help us. Only time we seen the hostess is when I tracked her down for the bill. We were charged $415 for our dinners which is over $165 more from 6 months ago. There was a $50 charge on the bill for drinks we didn't order. With the poor service we received and the extreme price hike as well as having extras thrown on my bill. We will no longer support this establishment. Very sad when a place like this is ripping off customers to stay in business.

   Staff was fantastic. Going in on one of the busiest days of the year, I was anticipating slower than normal service but definitely did not receive it! They were fast, and outstanding in every regard!

   Place is banging. All you can eat wildlife and the best farmers veggies on the salad bar ever. Cat wait to go back!!!

   Our dinner was very good!! Food was amazing!! Our service was also great!! It was super busy but our server was still very attentive and great!! Awesome experience all around!!

   The food was great & the service was excellent. Our waiter was Evan, he was very attentive & made sure we had what we needed without even having to ask. It was a great experience.

    Dissapointed with the service as our drinks came 1/2 thru dinner, never got bacon wrapped filet, promised another order of fries for our table of 8, never got, one of our ppl ordered a second drink and wrong drink came - we did not say anything at the time as the restaurant was very busy and JD was trying very hard to appease us. For the price we expected more.
