   Tables were way too close! Very hard to even maneuver my way to the salad bar. Overly noisy, couldn’t even hear my husband sitting right next to me. When sides were served, they were cold.

   Not sure what was going on but we were sitting waiting for meats to come around for almost 5 minutes at a time. We ended up filing up on sides because of how long we waited for the meat to circulate.

   Service was very slow. Despite saying it was my daughter’s birthday and she didn’t want dessert most places would still have brought something like whipped cream or ice cream with a candle and song. Barely any acknowledgment. We come here often so this visit was just not up to the normal standards

   Parking is terrible no Valet available 15-20 minutes looking for parking and then walking in the rain to restaurant.

   This was the first time we went to this chain. We went for lunch. The cost is about $35. Drinks and desserts are not included in the price. The salad bar has many choices. I only ate a few selections like olives, cheese, sweet peppers, lettuce, etc to leave room for the meats. All were tasty. The bread was puffy and nice. We got a side of fries and fried bananas and they were tasty too. Now the meats - tried the lamb, garlic sirloin, and pichana. There were other meats too but I passed those. All meats were medium and cooked to perfection. Some had more salt than others but you do have a choice of asking for no salt. Overall - go for lunch on a weekday and try it again for dinner where you get filet mignon and spicy pichana as well. Our server was great and he made us feel comfortable and welcome for being first timers. He explained everything well, although we had watched a couple of YouTube videos as well. Do read up on what is a definite to eat as there are so many choices. All in all it was a good experience. Bring your appetite and slow it down to enjoy the experience.

   The dining experience was exceptional, as always. The food was outstanding, and the gauchos were incredibly attentive, frequently checking in to see if I had any special requests or preferred a different temperature for my meat. Despite how busy they were, they made me feel truly welcome. Our server, Malena, was a delight—her warmth and sweetness stood out. She provided excellent drink recommendations, including a new caipirinha, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning soon.

    We visit this restaurant 4/5 times a year and honestly speaking I think that their meat quality is getting better! Service is always very kind and fast , the restaurant itself is cool but the only less enjoyable thing would’ve the noise , it is a bit load….a part of that for me it’s a 9,0 out of 10 value !!!
