   I've been to the Texas de Brazil in Orlando and the one in Tampa was a big disappointment. The treatment we received in Orlando was 5 star. From the beginning it felt like rush our traffic. Our reservation was for 4:15 PM on a Sunday. They offered us a seat that felt like it was a part of the lobby. We asked for a different seating arrangement bc it was so cold when the door opened and the table was right where everyone enters the restaurant. The well done steak was burnt black to a crisp, the sides were served so late that I couldn't enjoy them, the sweet plaintain tasted like an old banana green fig that was sprinkled in sugar, the unflavored mahshed potatoes looked like they had been thrown together in a rush. The bread rolls were like miniaturized muffins instead of the delicious sized dinner rolls one would expect. It was very busy but I've been to another location during a busy time of year and the service was not like this. The ladies restroom light was out in one of the three stalls and the door was wide open. When you closed the door it looked like the door jam was damaged. The place felt run down. Just when I thought things might get better we were served a slice of cake with a hair inbedded in the chocolate icing. What was supposed to be a romantic date turned into a nightmare 😕 💔 The consolation we received was an ingenious apology and the cake slice removed from the bill. Never going to this location ever again.

   Love this place. Service is always excellent. Request your favorite cuts and the supply keeps coming. Love the lamb!

   Going there with the intention that all the meats on the menu we’re gonna come to the table. They shove you in a back corner where when the meats finally get to you, there’s few and far between to where you don’t get anything that you really want a lot of hype up before that from other people just to be disappointed. The only thing that probably is any good there is a salad bar, but it’s not really what you went there for. After all that we could’ve just went for the same price to the melting pot and gotten to meat that we wanted.

   Amazing experience. Fast and friendly staff! Mouthwatering meats, and the most incredible salad bar I’ve ever tasted.

   Waiter spilled sparkling water on me and he was very annoying and unprofessional the food saved the day but he just was a terrible server.

   The waiter was very polite and gave amazing service. The bar however was behind and so we did not get our drinks until the end of us eating. Otherwise it was all good, the steak however no matter how many times they introduced it as medium cooked steaks they were mostly very much not medium cooked.

   Absolutely awful experience. I can’t believe I chose to spend my 10 year anniversary here we were ignored for the first 20 minutes of our meal. We had to keep asking for meat to come over to us. We had asked to get refills for our water we had asked to see the dessert menu and then sat there ignored again until we asked to see the check. The food once it finally got around to us was good. But I wont be coming back.
